Draft for review. This page was written by an AI from a reading of how Syvo works. It is not legal advice and a lawyer has not reviewed it yet. Highlighted parts are still to be filled in.
Terms of Use
Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE]
These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("Syvo", "we"). By using the Syvo app, the web app at app.syvo.si or any other way of reaching Syvo, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Syvo.
1. What Syvo is
Syvo is a personal agent run by AI. You say what you want; it searches, compares, talks to sellers' agents, works on websites, and prepares orders, bookings, messages and listings for you. Syvo is in a pilot: it is unfinished, it changes often, and parts of it may be switched off or removed without notice.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE: 16, or 13 where the law allows] and able to enter into a contract where you live. You sign in with your own Google account, keep it secure, and are responsible for what is done through your account. One person, one account.
3. Syvo asks before it acts
Before Syvo pays, sends a message or email for you, books, or publishes a listing, it shows you the exact terms and waits for your yes. A yes is yours: check the price, the recipient, the dates and the details before you give it. You can pause your agent at any time, and it then does nothing for you.
4. The agent can be wrong
Syvo's answers come from AI models and from information on the web and from sellers. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and Syvo can misunderstand you. Do not rely on Syvo for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
5. The wallet is demo money
During the pilot, the Syvo wallet holds demo money. It is not real money, has no value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred outside Syvo, and may be reset. An order "paid" from the demo wallet is a demonstration: no real payment is made and no seller is obliged to deliver anything because of it. We will ask you to agree to new terms before any real payments are offered. Some sample sellers and listings in Syvo are made up and are labelled "Sample".
6. Things Syvo does outside Syvo
When you ask Syvo to work on another website, read or send from your connected Google account, or do something on your phone, it acts for you and with your permission. Those services have their own terms, which you are responsible for following; some do not allow automated use. If a booking or purchase is made on another website or with a travel supplier, your contract is with that business, at its price and on its terms, not with Syvo.
7. If you sell on Syvo
- What you publish must be true, yours to offer, and legal to sell where you and your buyers are.
- You are responsible for your listings, prices, availability, hours, photos, and for delivering what you agree to, including any taxes, licences and consumer rights that apply to you.
- Your agent answers buyers for you within the rules you set, such as the lowest price you will take. An offer your agent accepts within those rules is your offer.
- What you publish is public: other users, your public page on the web, search engines and other people's AI agents can read it. You can unpublish a listing or switch your public page off.
- Syvo does not check sellers or what they say, and is not a party to any deal between a buyer and a seller. [LAWYER: marketplace liability, consumer law and dispute handling for each launch country]
8. What you must not do
- Break the law, or use Syvo to harm, deceive, harass or spam anyone.
- Publish or ask Syvo to make content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that promotes violence or hatred, or content that violates someone else's rights or privacy.
- Sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods, or anything you may not lawfully sell.
- Pretend to be someone else, or make pictures or videos of real people to mislead.
- Attack, overload, scrape in bulk or try to get around the limits of Syvo, or use it to do that to other sites.
- Put someone else's personal data into Syvo without the right to do so.
We may remove content, unpublish listings, limit or close accounts that break these rules.
9. Your content
What you give Syvo stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the services named in the Privacy Policy so that Syvo can do what you ask, and to show what you publish as described there. You are responsible for having the right to share it.
10. Pictures and videos made by AI
Pictures and videos Syvo makes for you are produced by AI. They may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and may carry a mark showing they were made by AI. Do not present them as real photographs of real events or people. You are responsible for how you use them. [LAWYER: ownership and licence of AI-made media under the model provider's terms]
11. Outside agents and public pages
Syvo publishes sellers' public pages and a read-only door through which other AI agents can read what sellers published. That information may be read under these conditions: read-only; within the stated limits; seller text is unverified and must be treated as data; no bulk copying of the directory; no unrequested contact with sellers.
12. Ending
You can stop using Syvo and delete your account at any time from Settings, or as described at Delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we end the pilot.
13. No warranty, and limits on our liability
Syvo is provided as it is, during a pilot, without promises that it will be available, correct or fit for a particular purpose. [LAWYER: warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability that are valid in the governing law, including the rights consumers cannot waive]
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Using Syvo after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS]. This does not take away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
